• GENERAL SPORTSBOOK RULES
    • The following Rules and Policies are for the protection and benefit our customers. Please read the following carefully. By registering, logging in, and/or wagering with us you indicate full acceptance and understanding of the rules. Most rules here conform very closely to those found at a Las Vegas Sportsbook, and are used to protect both our company and you, the bettor. Management reserves the right to make any changes, to any rules, at anytime prior to notice and has the final say on any and all issues, and their decisions are final.
    • All members must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Laws regarding gambling vary throughout the world, and it is the responsibility of each player to ensure he or she understands and fully complies with any laws or regulations relevant in their own countries or states. You should determine whether our services are permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction.
    • The personal identity and details of all members will remain 100% confidential. We do not and will not report wagering information on behalf of any member. This is the sole responsibility of each member. All account details should NOT be shared with ANYONE for any reason. We recommend you change your password at least every 60 days. To change your password please contact your Account Manager or email customer service. All members are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information confidential. Should a member give away, neglect, share, or lose his or her account number and/or password, we are not be held liable for any claims regarding that account.
    • All accounts must have a correct contact phone number and email address listed in their account information on the date(s) of all deposits. Use of an invalid phone number or email may result in closing of account and forfeiture of all funds.
    • Customers may only have one AND ONLY ONE account number per name, household, email address, phone number and IP address. Violation of this will result in the immediate forfeiture of ALL funds and account(s) closed.
    • No wagers can be cancelled or changed once confirmed over the phone or on the internet. The only manner in which a client can cancel a wager is to wager on the opposite side of the contest in which he initially wagered. There are no exceptions to this rule.
    • No Internet wager claims will be accepted without a ticket number. We advise all players to right down or copy/past ALL ticket numbers on ALL wagers.
    • We reserve the right to take away any bonus or reward any time, without explanation. Taking advantage of bonuses through fake accounts, names, etc will result in closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of all funds.
    • Dates and gametime of events shown are for guidance purposes only. For any reason a bet is inadvertently accepted after an event or match has started, the selection(s) affected will be made void and this will be considered past-posting. This will result in closure of account and all funds forfeited. If you see a “past-post” opportunity please email customer service.
    • If a player believes that there is an erroneous line, or time error, the player should notify customer service immediately to verify if the line/time is correct. Taking advantage of an erroneous lines and/or betting after the event starts may result in closure of your account and forfeiture of ALL funds.
    • We reserve the right to correct grading errors at any time. If an account reaches a negative balance due to the re-grade of an event, all in-progress pending wagers will stand and be honored. Since winning wagers in this instance will be honored, immediate settlement of losing wagers is also expected.
    • If a customer believes there has been an error on the grade/scoring of any of the tickets posted in his/her account, the player must submit the request of revision to customer service within 7 days of the event in question conclusion. Claims submitted after that period will not be considered.
    • All players that use a credit card must submit a credit card authorization form along with the normal copies of their ID and utility bill.All players may be requested to submit a copy of their ID and a utility bill from the last 90 days. Your deposit and/or withdrawal methods do not matter in regards to this rule. We also mail a code through “snail mail” to assure customer identity and security.
    • All rollovers must be completed. The lower amount between the risk and win amount is applied toward your rollover requirement. If you bet the opposite side (favorite and underdog or over and under) on the same game ALL wagers involved with that game do not go towards your rollover. All bets that end up being pushes, cancelled, suspended etc will not go towards rollover. All deposits that do not take a bonus require a 3x rollover for US customers and a 4x rollover for non-US customers. If there is ANY confusion or questions please contact customer service right away. Bronze Members get one free payout every 2 weeks, Silver Members get three, and Gold Members get five.
    • If a new sport or event is offered, you may contact customer service for rules for that particular event. All rules and regulations are constantly updated to enhance the customer experience. Rules are updated the 1st of every month, unless new sport or event (these rules are added right away).
    • When betting the opposite side on a Bitcoin only and a regular bonus account both accounts will be combined in regular account on the 1st of the following month with a 10x rollover that will start over.
    • If multiple wagers are placed on same side or total at same line wagers will be combined.
    • We cover fees on all deposits of $300 or more.
    • Customers may receive 50% cash bonus on their friends first TWO deposits. This bonus carries a 10x rollover. Other bonuses vary when it comes to deposit bonuses and are listed in promotion and/or under account history at time of deposit. All free plays carry a 20x rollover as well (this is on the amount of the free play).
    • Free Deposits carry a 25x rollover.
    • If a wager is accepted by system for over the max amount allowed for that event, the wager amount is automatically set back to max wager amount.
    • Full game straight spread wagers of over $100 USD on NFL, NCAAF, MLB, NBA, and NCAAB are considered normal wagers, MLB and NHL OT Included moneylines between -149 and +149 also fit into this category. This is in affect for free plays, bonus bets, surprise bonuses, rollovers, Christmas events, and birthday bonuses. This is listed as “birthday bonues etc” below.
  • ALL-SPORT WAGERING RULES
    • On over/under wagers, over-time periods are included in the final score, unless otherwise noted. When wagering on half-time lines, the over-time period(s) are included as a part of the second half, unless otherwise noted. Please see soccer rules as there are special rules for soccer where OT does not count for some grading purposes. All period and quarter wagers placed are for that specific period or quarter only unless otherwise noted.
    • All minimums, maximums, and payout prices are subject to change without prior written notice. Maximum betting payout for any parlay is $250,000.
    • Any match that is protested and/or overturned after the event is final will NOT be re-graded. Any suspended game with a date to be continued will stay action and be graded once event is completed. This does include suspended MLB games both in regular and post season. Prop wagers on suspended events will also remain “in action” until event is complete.
    • Regular Season Wins props do not include preseason or postseason. NCAA Football only include games vs Division I-A opponents, unless after September 30th.
    • PARLAYS: Multiple bets are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another (correlated plays).
    • Minimum wager amount is $1.00 for all sports and maximum wager amount vary by sport. Management reserves the right to reduce or increase minimum and maximum wager amounts at any time.
    • Alternate, Special Lines, Props, Halves, Quarter, and Period lines are not considered normal wagers and cannot be teased or have point bought on. You can not parlay an alternate line within the same game. This also will be considered no action on all wagers involved.
    • Any event without a specific rule on the site or rules page will be no action if match ends with more than 5:00 (5 minutes) not completed for any reason in regards to full game wagering.
    • Any wager on single quarters, periods, sets, halves (non full game props) etc must be 100% complete to have action.
    • Change of venue and/or away/team listed does not matter.
    • All wagers under FUTURES have action regardless of participates.
    • Asian Handicap Lines cannot be used in parlays. If used, that specific play of parlay will be cancelled (graded as push/tie).
    • Live Wagering has a seperate set of rules. Once logged into the Live Wagering Platform please select rules with any questions in regards to those wagers.
  • PROP WAGERING
    • Players must START the next event or game wagered on unless otherwise noted. If player (or competitor) does not START that game or next event wager is cancelled.
    • Buying points of any kind are NOT allowed for Props. Buying points are ONLY allowed on full game wagering. All bets in this case will cancelled and funds returned to player.
    • Even or Odd # Props: ZERO is considered a EVEN #, including soccer props.
    • All daily / weekly/ event prop bets involving multiple games or rounds etc must have all matches/rounds etc completed (see: official timing for grading purposes by sport) to have action. If one or more games for that day or period of time is cancelled or suspended all wagers will have no action.
    • Betting score in first ___ minutes (ex) 7 mins of game) will be graded AFTER the score when clock stops. When betting first ___ mintues (ex) first 10 mins of game) for basketball wagering results are determined from digital recordings of television broadcasts. Broadcasts shown on National TV are valid for clock times. Local or regional broadcasts displayed times are not valid for grading purposes. The ball must be completely through the cylinder and net before ____ time (ex 6:00 minutes remaining in 1st half or quarter) remaining for a basket to be official in the first 6 minutes of a half. Any online or other play-by-play log of the game will not be used or considered for claims.
    • Any prop bets that are wagered on AFTER it is reported or known by the public will be graded NO ACTION and considered past posting.
    • Props that have already had its result decided will stand in abandoned events, games or seasons cut short unless otherwise noted in these rules or on site.
    • Props on different words that politicians or announcers say will be graded using different variations of the word. For example the word RUN would also include running, runs, ran, etc unless otherwise noted.
    • Regular Season Win props always have action unless 3 or more games in their season was not officially decided and recognized by particular league. Post -Season does NOT count towards these props, which includes tie-breaker games in baseball and Conference Championship games in College Football.
    • Last score in event must be official (time wise) for grading purposes to have action. Same goes for any 2nd Half prop involving scoring totals and full game totals.
    • When betting a prop (for example) Player A vs the FIELD (rest of players/teams in event), Player/Team A has action regardless if they start next game, event , or round. FIELD will NOT have action if Player/Team that is matched up does NOT compete.
    • To win a certain event prop bets have exactly the same qualification rule as #10 directly above. For example if you bet Team A to win the 2008 World Cup and they fail to qualify for tournament this wager DOES have action.
    • STANDING/TABLE FINISHING POSITION: individual tie-breaker by specific rules apply to each sport. No two teams can finish in the same position in regards to these wagers.
  • SOCCER WAGERING
    • Money line wagering on soccer offers a draw line as well as sides. In the event of a draw example: (1-1), all bets on either of the sides will be graded as losers. Again, in the event of a draw, only wagers placed on the draw line will be graded as a win. This rule does not apply to bet placed on the spread.
    • The result of the game is official for grading purposes after 90 minutes of play plus injury time. Extra time / overtime / golden goal is not taken into consideration for soccer bets unless otherwise noted.
    • If any match is abandoned or postponed all bets will be void unless the relevant market result has already happened. For example, “first goal scorer” betting will stand if a goal has already been scored. Another example is if match is abandoned in 2nd Half, 1st Half wagers will count. Matches that are suspended will have action until completed.
    • When wagering options made available during halftime are graded with the result of the game at full time unless otherwise noted. Unless the option “2nd half goals only” is listed, the result will include all goals scored in the full match.You may NOT bet on 2nd Half props or lines after 2nd Half kick-offs. This is considered past-posting.
    • Overtime and shootouts do not count unless the wagering option “OUTRIGHT” or “ADVANCES” is listed.Any wager on whether a team advances in a cup competition, or raises the cup, will have action regardless of a suspended or postponed match.
    • Parlays with spreads/moneylines to totals of the same soccer game are not permitted.
    • ASIAN HANDICAP LINES: make sure you understand what you are betting. Remember, your wager is 50% on one line and 50% on the other. ex).25 = 0 and .50 ex) .75 = .50 and 1.00 ….and so on. Any questions on this you should email customer service before any wagers are placed. These cannot be used in parlays.
    • Yellow/Red Card Props: Cards shown to coaches and/or players on bench do NOT count for grading purposes.
    • Matches that end in forfeiture or team is “awarded match” before match fully concludes are automatically graded as NO ACTION on all full game wagers and props. If 1st half is completed, that will have action with the score of 1st half used for grading purposes. If a match is ruled a forfeiture or “awarded”after match is fully completed the final score of played match will stand and not overturned.
  • AMERICAN FOOTBALL WAGERING
    • Games scheduled for 60 minutes must 55 minutes complete for grading purposes. High School or other football games scheduled for 48 minutes must go 43 minutes for grading purposes.
    • THREE UNANSWERED SCORES: Extra points or 2 point conversions do NOT count. Game MUST be completed for all wager to have action.
    • Full game straight wagers on spreads and totals are considered normal wagers when it comes to birthday bonuses etc.
  • BASKETBALL WAGERING
    • NBA games our official after 43 minutes of play for grading purposes. Basketball games scheduled for 40 minutes are official after 35 minutes of play for grading purposes. High School basketball games scheduled for 32 minutes must go 27 minutes for grading purposes.
    • NCAA Basketball: When wagering on conference champion this is to win the conference tournament only, unless otherwise noted.
    • NCAA: The Ivy League does not have a Post-Season Conference Tournament so their Regular Season Champion (team who gets NCAA Tournament automatic bid) will be declared winner when grading Conference Champion for the Ivy League.
    • Full game straight wagers on spreads and totals are considered normal wagers for NBA and NCAAB when it comes to birthday bonuses etc.
  • BASEBALL WAGERING
    • Winners and Losers are official after 5 innings of play unless the home team is leading after 4½ innings. If a game is called and considered final the score for grading to be used will be the final score recognized by MLB or league wagered on. Suspended games will remain action until completed. Games that are protested and over-turned after game is final will not be over-turned if protest is won.
    • Prop wagers on suspended games will also remain action and not graded until after game is completed. All props are listed pitchers.
    • When betting on the total runs (over/under) the game must go 9 innings (8½ if the home team is ahead) to have action.
    • MLB Regular Season games you may have a choice ACTION or LISTED. pitchers. Listed means pitchers must start game, if not all wagers are cancelled. ACTION means only the MoneyLine will have action if the pitcher(s) changes. If that is the case, the lines wagered on will be adjusted based on new pitchers(s). The following MLB events have action, regardless of starting pitcher: Series Prices, All-Star Game, Spring Training, Exhibition Games.
    • MLB SERIES BETS: Bets on Regular Season series are based on the FIRST 3 GAMES PLAYED of each series, unless otherwise noted. Neither team can play another opponent between scheduled games. If less than 3 games are played, the team with the advantage is the winner of the series. If dates are listed for specific series, then it is for ONLY those dates.
    • MLB 1ST HALF GAME BETS: Bet are based on the score in the first 5 FULL INNINGS.
    • MLB 2ND HALF GAME BETS: Bets are based on the score from the top of the 6th inning till the end of the game. Must be a complete game (i.e. 9 innings, or 8½ innings if the home team is ahead). Wagers include extra innings. All wagers are ACTION, regardless of pitcher.
    • MLB TOTAL HITS+RUNS+ERRORS: Has to be a full game – 9 innings to have action (8½ if the home team is ahead). All wagers are based on listed pitchers.
    • MLB post-season games are not official until a winner is declared. If a post season game begins then is delayed to a later date, all wagers will have action with the final score result on that date. If a post-season game does not begin on the date scheduled, all wagers will be graded no action.
    • All games that do NOT have a listed pitcher for both teams is considered action regardless of who starts the game.
    • All games that do NOT have a listed pitcher for both teams is considered action regardless of who starts the game.
    • Regardless of their starting/completion date, NCAA baseball tournament, NCAA softball tournament, international tournament and youth league tournament games have action with the final result score.
    • Any baseball, softball, or little league game ending early as a result of a mercy rule will have action on all wagers (unless otherwise noted).
    • MINOR LEAGUE games where game is SCHEDULED to be 7 innings as part of a doubleheader, game MUST go 6 full innings to be official for grading purposes.
    • Little League baseball is OFFICIAL for grading purposes when a team advances, according to LLWS rules. If game is shortened due to weather conditions Over/Under and Runline bets are official for grading after 4 innings. Suspended or delayed or rescheduled games will be ACTION until game is completed, whenever that may be.
    • MLB time of game props have action only if FULL GAME (8.5 innings or more) is completed and graded by time listed by MLB.com
    • Full game moneyline wagers between -149 and +149 are considered normal wagers when it comes to birthday bonuses etc starting April 1 through end of World Series, regardless of when Regular Season begins.
  • HOCKEY WAGERING
    • 60 minute games become official for grading purposes after 55 minutes of play. Goals scored during overtime are included for wagers on the game, but are not included on wagers for the 3rd period.
    • If a game requires a shootout to determine the winner, One goal will be awarded to the winner for the final score(regardless of how many goals scored in the shootout) which will be recognized for the total goals scored as well as the winning team.
    • When betting individual periods the full 20 minutes of the period must be played to have action. When betting the overtime line the complete overtime(s) are included, regardless of how many overtime periods are played and will include a shootout if required to determine the winner.
    • THREE WAY and EURO HOCKEY BETTING: NHL 3 way and European Ice Hockey is settled without overtime (60 minutes of play) for the main quote (Away/Home/Draw/Total). This option does NOT include overtime or a shootout. Three way betting also does NOT allow parlays of spread, moneyline, or total within same match. ALL AHL and EURO Hockey are considered 3-way wagers and graded after regulation, unless otherwise noted.
    • Full game moneyline wagers between -149 and +149 are considered normal wagers on NHL OT Included lines when it comes to birthday bonuses etc.
  • TENNIS WAGERING
    • Wagers have action once a ball is served, regardless of the date the match/event is completed. Matches delayed by rain, darkness, or other circumstances will not be voided. These matches will remain pending until their completion.
    • “Walk Over Winners” (player concedes before a match) and matches which do not complete the first set are graded no action. Any match concluding after the first set is completed will be graded with the advancing player as the winner.
    • First set proposition wagering has action if the first set is completed. Other props involving the match are no action if a participant resigns/concedes during a match. The moneyline on the match itself is the only wagering option that is not considered a prop
  • GOLF WAGERING
    • All round matchups have action regardless of the date the golfers complete the round. Wagers are action once players tee off for that particular round.
    • Four and five round golf events must go a minimum of 54 holes and three round golf events must go a minimum of 36 holes for tournament match-ups and futures to have action.
    • A golf round is not official until the player’s scorecard is signed at the end of a round. If a player is disqualified for signing an incorrect scorecard, the player will be considered withdrawn on the hole with the scoring dispute. All holes completed prior to the scoring discrepancy will count for wagering purposes.
    • Individual score propositions for a disqualified/withdrawn golfer in any round will automatically assign the “over” as the winning selection for that round and for the tournament. A disqualification/withdrawal counts as an “infinitely large” score.
    • For golf Three-Way match-ups (also known as “three-balls”), in cases where there is a three way tie, all wagers will be graded no action. If two golfers tie for a win in Three-Way match-ups, dead heat rules will apply to all wagers on both golfers or against both golfers.
    • Tournament match-ups: Player misses cut vs Player that makes the cut = player that makes cut automatically wins regardless of rest of tournament action.
  • WWE/WCW/TNA ETC WRESTING WAGERING
    • Bouts noted as being graded with the “initial ruling” are graded with the initial ruling at the venue. In other words, the match ends at the time of the 1st bell rings once the match begins. The first result the RING ANNOUNCER announces is FINAL or what the Referee signals. Appeals, reversals of decisions, or bout continuations will not be honored for wagering purposes. All wagers made on selections having the “initial ruling” notation are graded immediately when any announcement of a winner is made at ringside. If the match ends after the first bell and no winner is declared then wager is no action. No claims, voids, or concessions will be accepted or honored regardless of the circumstances at hand. Official or unofficial wrestling website results ARE NOT used for grading purposes.
    • Bouts noted as being graded with “end of broadcast ruling” (or end of PPV or show) are graded with the final decision as the pay-per-view or broadcast ends. Appeals, reversals of decisions, delayed disqualifications and bout continuations ARE all included for wagering purposes until the pay-per-view broadcast ends. All wagers made on selections having the “end of broadcast ruling” notation will not be graded until immediately after the pay-per-view broadcast has completed. Exceptions will not be made to grade any of these selections before the event ends. Once the PPV coverage has ended and all options have been verified by management, there will be no grade changes on any bout for any reason. No claims, voids, or concessions will be accepted or honored regardless of the circumstances at hand. Official or unofficial wrestling website results ARE NOT used for grading purposes.
    • Parlaying Initial Ruling and End of Broadcast offers are considered correlating and will be graded as no action
    • Match line up props (Main Event, First Match etc) are graded as action regardless of match additions or subtractions.
    • All listed wrestlers must participate in match for wager to have action. If someone is added or subtracted from specific match then all wagers will have no action. Type of match does NOT matter unless otherwise noted.
    • Guest Appearance / Odds to Appear props must have person appear in ring live during Pay Per View or event. Appearances during Pre-Shows do NOT count.
    • Interference Props / Odds to Interfere are graded using anyone NOT involved in the match making contact with a competitor in the match.
    • Time of Match Props are grading using minutes and seconds from 1st Bell to Initial Ruling final bell.
    • Weapon to be used Props is graded once said weapon makes contact with opponent.
    • All props are graded with Initial Ruling result, unless otherwise noted.
    • All futures with multiple competitors are action, regardless of winner
    • Wagering on these events is only to be done with the understanding that all Management decisions are final for grading purposes. No other rules on the website apply to wrestling wagers other than the rules listed above
  • FIGHTING/MMA/UFC ETC WAGERING
    • Results will be graded based on the official result at ringside. A result may be revised or altered after initial presentation by the ring announcer. Results are not official for wagering purposes until verified by officials at the fighting venue.
    • Official or unofficial sanctioning body overturns of a fight decision based on appeal, suspension, lawsuit, drug testing result, or any other fighter sanction will not be recognized for wagering purposes
    • Over / Under or round props are graded by number of rounds fought including time of round that fight stoppage occurs.
  • NASCAR / RACING WAGERING
    • All match-ups have action after both drivers have crossed the start/finish line at the beginning of the race. Formation and/or warm-up laps are not considered for betting purposes.
    • If an alternate driver replaces a driver during a race, the new driver replaces the old driver in all matchups, propositions, and futures wagers. The new driver’s finishing position is credited to the old driver.
    • If a driver’s name and car number do not match due to an error or number change, action will be given based on the driver’s name.
  • CRICKET WAGERING
    • At least one ball must be bowled for bets to stand, otherwise all bets are void. However, if a match is officially abandoned (e.g. due to dangerous pitch conditions) then all undecided bets on the match are void.
    • For batting or bowling head-to-heads, both batsmen must reach the crease, or both bowlers must bowl one ball for bets to stand, otherwise all bets are void and wagers refunded.
    • In one-day matches shortened by weather the outcome will be that determined by the Competition Rules. If the match is declared a ‘no-result’ all bets are void and wagers refunded.
    • Betting on Australian domestic cricket is based on the most points awarded in the match.
  • VOLLEYBALL WAGERING
    • Spreads and totals are graded by number of sets in match.
    • All volleyball matches must be 100% completed to have action on all wagers.
